Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days. Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 and all orders of $100.00 or more quality for free shipping. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out. Viska Home is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

If you are local to Telluride, CO, Viska Home offers local pickup. Order placed for Local PickUp are typically ready for pick-up within 2-5 days. Viska Home's pickup location is: 123 South Spruce Street Unit C and orders may be picked up from 10am-3pm M-F. If you have questions about our local pick up procedure, please email info@viskahome.com.
